I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I work with adults facing a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, ADHD, relationship difficulties, lack of motivation, body image concerns, life transitions, and maladaptive coping behaviors. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, emphasizing compassion, authenticity, and practical strategies for change.
